DYLAN RIVERS
Audio Engineer/Sound Mixer/Producer
Dylan is a Jack-of-all-trades sound designer based in the greater Seattle area. The films he has worked on have been selected to a variety of festivals including LA Shorts, LA Comedy Film Festival, and Atlanta Docufest, and he has mastered dozens of podcasts available on all Spotify and Apple Podcasts. As a Sound Studio Apprentice at Meta Inc., he recorded voice overs, foley, and score for VR games such as Horizon Worlds, and he helped record a variety of live musicians who created songs for the royalty-free Meta Sound Collection.
Growing up in the PNW, Dylan learned guitar and played for the Doug Konop Swing Band, the Bellarmine Preparatory Jazz Band, and community theater pit orchestras. Along with guitar, he is trained in vocals, piano, bass, and percussion, which he combines when writing and producing his own music. He graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a BA in Recording Arts. As a lifelong learner, Dylan is constantly drawn to challenges that require him to learn a new tool or technique and stay on the cutting edge of audio technology.
Outside of audio, Dylan enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, playing video games with his friends, and supporting his beloved Seattle sports teams.
