DYLAN RIVERS

Dylan is an audio engineer based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He specializes in post-production sound mixing for films and documentaries, and the films he has worked on have been selected to a variety of festivals including LA Shorts, LA Comedy Film Festival, and Atlanta Docufest. Currenlty, he works as a Sound Studio Apprentice at Meta Inc. where he has helped record songs and sound effects for projects such as Horizon Avatars and the Meta Sound Collection.

Dylan grew up in Tacoma, WA, where he learned guitar and played for the Bellarmine Preparatory Jazz Band, the Doug Konop Swing Band, and musicals at Tacoma Little Theatre. Along with guitar, he has also trained in vocals, piano, bass, and percussion, which he combines in writing and producing his own music. He graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a BA in Recording Arts.

Outside of audio, Dylan enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, playing video games with his friends, and supporting his beloved Seattle sports teams.
